Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. "I guess I caught them on them on a bad day. 90% of the job was good, there was a couple of areas that to my view was just sloppy. Josh did come back twice to correct the areas of concern. He was mostly prompt and polite in answering my emails, though one day I stayed home because I was told he would show up, but did not, nor did he let me know he was held up. Clean up was so-so, they used an air blower, there was metal trimmings left on the deck, not good for the dogs. For me there was too much aggravation to hire them again."

"Had a door that didn't align with other cupboards. Worked on it for a month. Got it fixed. Couple of days later in the middle of the night, it fell off completely. FixForte was listed so I called them. Mark came out a couple of days later. Had it hung and aligned in about 45 minutes, which included a trip to Home Depot for parts. Very satisfied.
