As a recent first time homebuyer not noing how home owners insurance worked I attempted to begin the drying out process on my own renting some carpet fans and removing some of the carpet and padding. After speaking with the home owners insurance agent, who insisted a remediation company come out, I called san diego water damage. The response was quick and the owner himself came out, I had thought that my efforts would have been sufficent to dry things out, until Rafeal the owner showed me the water still in the walls using a thermal camera, Being a father of two young children the last thing i wanted was a unhealthy enviroment for my children with the potential of mold growth in the walls. Rafeal told me not to worry and quit stressing my self out trying to do everything myself and juggle my job and family at the same time. He reminded me that these instances are why home owners have insurance. So a PROFESSIONAL took over and quickly went to work with a very knowlegable and friendly crew. If aanother disaster happens again believe me the first thing I would do is call a professional and that would be SAN DIEGO WATER DAMAGE"

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"We worked with Emil at Pure Home Remodeling and his team to do a complete remodeling of our existing kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They listened to what we wanted which allowed him to more understand our project. This allowed them to come up with a design that helped us see how the completed project would look like. We then made some minor design changes until we loved what we saw. Emil's expertise and understanding of this project, made the actual work much less stressful and boring than we expected. While the work was in progress, Emil and his office replied patiently to our questions for explanations, changes, and add-ons. The crew were at the house daily on time, worked hard full days and paid attention to all the details. We appreciate that Emil also offered us to do the insulation for our attic as well. "Through Angie's List, I was pleased to discover Comfort Pro's was having a three day special so I called and was able to get service within hours!  The tech arrived on time - actually 15 minutes earlier which worked out great for me.  He showed up in a clean company rig and presented himself well in his clean company uniform (yes, outward appearance is important to me; shows pride and commitment toward quality work).  He asked questions regarding the usage of the units and from there I was able to communicate my concerns or rather my confession that my A/C had not been serviced in years!  He did a great job of explaining how the units work and what to do to keep it running efficiently (regular scheduled maintenance, cover A/C unit in winter, etc.).  By the time he completed the work, his uniform carried much of the furnance and a/c units dust and dirt:-)  He was thorough and professional.  I'll be scheduling my next service with Comfort Pro's for sure=D
