Eric was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other contractor's work or pick it apart. He understood the job at hand better than the other "contractor" and had the patience to deal with a mess someone else left behind. I will be calling Eric to work on ALL my rentals from now on!"

This was from an older home built in 1979. The popcorn was extra dense and thick which made removing it more prolonged and tedious.
