First let us applaud ALL the staff at Leverette that we worked with during the initial planning, granite selection and demolition and installation work. 

At the risk of missing any names, the following were very professional, friendly, patient, thorough and a pleasure to work with:

Cindy (salesperson), Don (countertop pattern), Gary (Job foreman,) Travis (electrician), Jordan (molding and painting), Dillon (tile backsplash demo and re-sheet-rocking), Harry (plumbing), Josh (Tile backsplash), Chris (granite), Tom (Tile sealing), Nick (granite cutting).

We are thrilled with the appearance of our kitchen (including new stainless appliances) and feel like we just moved into a new house whenever we enter this area of the house!

We had previously used Leverette to install granite and new caste iron sinks in our two bathrooms and although we visited numerous granite installers during the shopping process, in the final analysis, based on responsiveness, attention to our needs and price, Leverette was our final choice.

Their attention to detail  was exemplary and any questions and/or requests we made were promptly addressed to our satisfaction.

We lived in the house while work went on around us. These folks are very professional and considerate. When you see how much goes into the work it's even more impressive. We're delighted with the results. When we were done it was hard to tell what wasn't upgraded. We would make the same choices again.

My wife and I are very pleased with our updated kitchen & pool bathroom. Brian and his team helped us every step of the way. His team provided us with a kitchen design that is much more functional than the one we had before. We had water damage in our kitchen and Leverette worked with us while we sorted out matters with our insurance company. Because of the way this company coordinated their efforts with ours, we were able to keep our kitchen "down time" to a minimum. My wife and I aren't very good at choosing colors and patterns yet the help we received in picking out our granite and tile resulted in a stunning kitchen and pool bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased. Brian made several excellent design suggestions to us along the way and he was always good at responding and making sure the project proceeded accordingly. His workers were polite and courteous and the didn't leave any mess around our house. The company made sure we were 100% satisfied with the materials and workmanship they provided. Hiring someone to perform a major home renovation project like remodeling a kitchen or bathroom requires a certain amount of trust because there are so many details that come up that can't possibly be accounted for up-front. In our experience, Brian and his company are worthy of that trust. We highly recommend Leverette Home Design Center.

Using Leverette Home Design was a very good experience.  A major advantage to working with them is that they have almost all services in-house which allows for a more  streamlined project.  All the employees we dealt with, on the 3 jobs we had them do, were punctual, polite, had a good work ethic, and never blamed anyone else if there was a problem.  Overall we were very happy with them and would be hesitant to use anyone else.

It was painful every step of the way.  Employees didn't show up when I was expecting them and didn't call to tell me they were not showing up.  Job was not completed anywhere near the time it was supposed to be completed.  In fact, I have contacted the company several times with absolutely no response, because the work is still not completed.

Brian's team did excellent work. Everyone who came to do the work, whether tearing out the old, or installing the new did a very professional job, cleaning up each day after their work. We were quite pleased with the quality of the work. We appreciated having them act as general contractors, arranging for all the specialized work such as plumbing, tile and granite installation. Our only criticism is that they could have done a better job communicating with us to schedule each days's work so that we knew exactly who was coming, and when to expect them. We work out of our home most times, so we could be around, but if we worked outside the home, it would have been even more frustrating and difficult. That said, the work was completed pretty much on time and to our satisfaction.

It did not go.

My house looks magnificent. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and the professionalism. When I had questions Brian, owner, and Ron the Project Manger responded promptly. All the crew were very experienced in their work and very polite.
I would recommend Leverette's a million times over.

Every aspect of our kitchen remodel was managed from start to finish with professionalism and pride in workmanship. Christina Rivera was the designer we worked with. She had great ideas which complimented the initial concept of our remodel. Brian Leverette has a fantastic eye for details and was able to envision the and quot;WOWand quot; factor we wanted in the design. All of the workers took great care to protect our home throughout the construction process. Their workmanship is outstanding! We love our finished project and will consider using Leverette for other projects.

Fantastic job.  The first morning, the tile guy was waiting outside to start work.  Workers took very short breaks and worked very professionally.

.Everything was completed on time, and in the most professional manner imaginable. The people who came to the house cleaned up every day, they were amazingly polite, friendly, and their work was terrific. My husband and I were so impressed, and we've gotten nothing but compliments from friends and neighbors who've seen our kitchen. Having heard tales from other people about issues they had had regarding delivery dates, incomplete orders, etc., I was prepared for some problems, but everything went incredibly smoothly. I can't say enough good about Leverette Home Design, their entire crew, Brian Leverett is wonderful as are Ginny and Don, and all the people who worked on our house. I would recommend them (and have often) without any hesitation to anyone looking for a professional, quality kitchen.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are dependable and trustworthy. All the people that work for them are very good.

I got five contractor bids. Leverette was the most competitive, the most responsive and understood what I was looking for the best. The owner, Brian Leverette took the time to understand what I was looking for. He provided excellent guidance and suggestions as well as worked with me to bring the job within my budget. I am very pleased. The master bathroom turned out even better than I anticipated. They had people working on-site every day until the job was finished. None of this waiting around hoping someone was going to show up. The cabinets were custom built to accommodate my requirements including unique touches like corner vanity mirrors and trim. My questions and concerns during the build out were handled patiently, responsively and always to my satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations in nearly every area.

The tile work in the showers was superb. I have heard so many complaints about contractors that I was more than pleasantly surprised. I look forward to working with them on my next project.

It went well. They started here when we and they agreed. They were here daily or in contact. We are very pleased with the results.

We found Brian at a trade show. His showroom is amazing. He is a soft spoken person and he means everything says. He has a designer named Dave does the design layout, Brian also does design layout. He is a perfectionist as well. Brian goes to Brazil to select the best granite. They try to save their customers money anyway they can while not compromising quality. They would rather not make money then misrepresent themselves. They operate Christian by principles, but they don't advertise it. They are very ethical people. They are definitely going to work for us in the future. They keep everything extremely clean and tidy. They keep their appointments.
