"We had water damage to our roof and we got a few quotes to fix it. Other companies with young, inexperienced, sales representatives, told us we needed various add-ons, trying to get as much money from us as they could. Roger Trudeau was honest with us, telling us what needed to be replaced and what was still recoverable. I really appreciated that he did NOT try to upsell us, but just addressed our real problem to help keep the project affordable. The work looked great, and when we had questions or concerns he was always quick to listen and address our concerns. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
