A coworker has had many projects in her home done by Versailles and recommended that I stop by and talk to them and see their granite. They do carry other products but I specifically wanted granite. I found many styles of granite and was very pleased with the selection and prices. There were also remnants that could be used for smaller projects. Amanda was very patient with me as I came by many times to look and bring colors to compare with the granite. It was difficult to choose and I found myself changing my mind a few times. There was a small glitch with the piece I chose and Versailles was quick to help me clear up any problems. I changed my decision on the counters finish edges so it took a little longer. I am very grateful for all of the work everyone at Versailles did. The manufacturers were excellent. Amanda and her team were so helpful and knowledgable. My kitchen counter is beautiful. the beveled edges, the placement of the sink, perfect! My husband really likes how his bathroom vanity turned out. The guys worked overtime to get the job and I really appreciate it!I am very pleased with my kitichen countertop. Nice work and thank you to everyone at Versailles for working with me.

Our interaction with Versailles Stone was horrible. We bought our granite through them and they were supposed to cut the granite and instll it. They were good at the showroom. Everything was good until they came to install the granite. They would not show up for appointments, they did not have the granite cut. They rescheduled with me 8 times for the bar top. They would not call and say they were not coming they would just not show up. It was worse with the bathroom. They ended up not answering my phone calls. I had already paid for the stone and I needed them to install it. He gave me the run-around so bad he said he would put granite in my other bathroom. They messed it up and did not cut the backsplash right. Instead of trying to fix it, they left the product on the front door step and never came back, never called me and did not return my phone calls. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. Never, ever. The price was decent, as well as the quality because my granite does look beautiful.
