I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! "i suppose ok.. not climbing up on my roof to see, gutters were clear of weeds but other than that, i don't know how clean they actually were. Par for the course i guess.. they took absolutely no care or prevention from stomping on my plants in the front of my house. They are in ground so i couldn't very well move them. very disappointed. have had this service performed by others in the past and never experienced this."

"When I called the owner I explained what needed to be done. He came out within 2 days. He was finishing a prior job and scheduled work for the following week. They did all the cleanup the first day , trimmed bushes, moved plants and planted new ones the next day, plus laid bark and then edged and mowed the yard. They were very thorough, cleaned up everything, and left me a beautiful yard."

"Working with Scott and his team was great. He came out and gave a prompt estimate, and worked with us on what our options were as far as materials and layout. We had to reconfigure the plans once because of the City's requirements for setbacks, and while we didn't get to go with our "Plan A", what we did get was amazing. We are so glad we did this project. We previously had a 10'x20' second story deck off of our dining room but had no stair access to the back yard, which basically left our large yard unused. Scott and his team were transparent with what their plans were as far as coming on site, and what work would be done and when. The work was done on time, and the only setbacks we had were weather related, and because we forgot to leave out a power source one morning - so nothing that was in Scott's control. They put up with our barky, 90lb German Shepherd the entire time - she was on the existing deck while they installed the stairs, and then as a last step pulled down the old railing, so that we didn't have to keep the dog indoors for the whole week. That accommodation was huge for us! Since installing the deck, our dog is happier than she's ever been now that she can free-range and bark at cats and squirrels up close and personal. Our daughter also loves playing in her yard.  We'd gladly work with Scott again in the future."
