Our piano teacher referred us to Sam at Washington Pianos. Sam helped us pick out a quality used piano for a price we could afford. He delivered the piano to our house with great care and saw that it was tuned. Sam has since been providing regular piano tunings for our family. Sam is always quick to respond, professional, reliable, and takes great care in his work. We have been very happy with his services. I would like to add that Sam has made repairs and regularly tunes my mother's piano. She has been very pleased with his services. We needed a heavy, unwieldy lounger brought down from upstairs and a new loveseat to be brought upstairs in its place. He was very professional and thorough beginning with the phone call 2 weeks prior to the move to verify information and give suggestions of what to have on hand to make the truck loading as smooth as possible on moving day. Mr. Jackson and his 2 helpers knew exactly what they were doing and worked tirelessly until the truck was full. He is very experienced, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat if he were in my new area. Everything arrived at the other end in good shape."
