"Wall is lovely- BuT not as agreed upon. No gravel behind wall that I can find. West end at least 1 row too low. not color agreed upon, extra work not completed as agreed . Block to be removed and placed on garden was instead broken up and put behind block leaving large holes that animals took up residence in. metal fence posts were bent behind wall instead or removed. I never received a plan of project. Sprinkler head was removed and then end buried under wall instead of just marking where the end was. I wrote a much more detailed description but the site crashed and I do not have time to repeat. Angie's recommends that I write this review as part of the process of working out difficulties. I agreed to pay extra for the last bit of old block and few posts to be removed- which I have not done yet. They did leave the surrounding area clean. I have pictures but can not upload them into this applet"

"I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future."

"Patrick of Aegis Cleaning Services arrived on time and worked diligently cleaning all of my exterior windows, the exterior and interior of my four sliding doors and the tall windows above one of the sliding doors, and the interior windows of my choice (a few of my interior windows are blocked by desks and glass shelves full of knickknacks and I prefer to clean those.)
Patrick cleaned the glass perfectly, removing spider cocoons and leaving no smears; he wiped the window sills clean; and removed and scrubbed window screens, then told me the best way for me to clean my screens in the future. He was extremely neat, and considerate of my tile floor when he had to use a ladder on them. My home is now full of light and I love it!  This is the first time I have used a window washing service instead of cleaning them myself, and I'm sold on using Aegis and Patrick again from now on.

"Palm Construction used subcontractors at every stage (not unusual), but there was little to no oversight. Communication was a problem. I am doubtful that the product (Trex decking) was installed according to **manufacturers guidelines** and worry what that may mean to the longevity of the final product. Some parts of the install were handled brilliantly and with finesse. Other parts were done hurriedly, resulting in damage to the substructure. Palm has made efforts to repair or redo, as necessary, which I appreciate, but some of their promises fell by the wayside."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

work for Chris to do (Installed: 6 new canned lights, and ran corresponding wiring, 2 dimmer switches, installed new circuit breaker to bring new microwave install up to current code and changed out 5 light fixtures).  
Chris was quick, professional, and was knowledgeable of his trade and current codes.  I would highly recommend Chris's services.
