He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. No surprise costs, everything was as previously agreed to. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. "We had a chimney flue installed that covered the entire opening. It is stainless steel and is warranted for life. Looks wonderful and they did a wonderful job of installation. We had a slight delay because we changed what we wanted done from chimney caps to the flue cover and then once the installation was scheduled they had covid hit their business and they had to close for a brief quarantine period. Ashley in the office kept us informed every step of the way and was very efficient and nice to deal with. If we ever have any other fireplace issues or needs we will contact them first to see if they can handle it."
