Very fast to respond to our call for help and explained everything that would need to be repaired. When they came to do the work they had everything done in a timely manner and did a great job and I would highly recommend AAA 1 for any roofing job you have. Fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable people doing the job.

By far best experience from a contractor/owner and his crew that my husband and I ever had. They found additional problems that was not covered on estimate and explained situation - additional amount was very fair. Crew cleaned up area when done and we are very pleased with the work completed.

Derek is the nicest guy you could want to meet. He is very professional and more than fair. The job was done in a very timely manner. His crew cleaned up every last scrap and nail. Derek went above and beyond to fix my massively leaking roof! It seemed like a simple fix, but turned out to be challenging because the installation was a DIY job done incorrectly and he had to do extra work to fix it, and he not only did it fast, but he did not charge me extra and stuck to his original price promise. I discovered a leak in my roof. Derek came out and fixed it for me immediately and did not charge me! He gave me an extremely reasonable quote. As soon as I got the money to replace the roof he got right on it. He is extremely kind and reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Derek and his crew replaced our roof 20 years ago. The summer heat this past year took its toll. We were delighted -- but not surprised -- to see that AAA #1 is still going strong in the Puget Sound region. Yes, we are happy with our new roof. Hope that AAA #1 is there in another 25 years or so.

I am very happy with the new roof installed AAA1. Estimate was right on, and I appreciated the recommendation of specific shingles on the barn-shed to match the house roof. Installer was careful during removal of old shingles, replaced water-damaged wood, and installed a very nice looking new roof! He cleaned up the area, swept with magnet to make sure all nails up. Great job! Excellent service!

Derek took his time talking to me and letting me know things I shouldn't worry about at my age on the house. The things I was worried about Derek said wouldn't be any problem for a long time. He took his time to look at our attic fan that is very old and had metal hitting metal and sound like it was going to explode. Derek made some adjustments for me and the fan is working just fine now. Derek said it will last a lot longer, for years no need to replace it. I really enjoyed just sitting down with Derek and talking to him. I am 69 years old and he was very honest with me, and at the end he wouldn't take any money from me either. If anyone else reads this, please feel secure in their service, they will treat you right.

AAA called right away, came out and looked at what needed to be done. Gave us a fair estimate and did the job in a timely matter. We w ok Ulm definitely use them again and recommend them

A decent company!!! The owner was true to his word . Very hard to find a company that has morals, especially with the way of the world is today! Hands down the best out of the 3 contractors I talked to.
