"EmeryBuilders coordinated with Barron Heating to investigate and completely fix a problem in the attic involving readjusting and repositioning the wood structure and moving the fireplace flu at a further distance from the wood structure bringing it to code and STOPPING the problem of soot leaking out the top of the fireplace... a sure disaster fire waiting to happen!! I can not say enough positive things about the ENTIRE experience working with Ean. He was professional, compassionate, completely reliable, friendly, understanding, skilled in his work, any job was as important as the next and he gave me hope that this would be fixed and fixed well!! "Ernie was knowledgeable and thorough. He repaired several cut holes in the ceiling of the house we just moved into where the previous owners had cut through to install some venting. I have some construction background but this job I did not want to tackle myself. Ernie patched and re-textured the entire 600 sq for area. He was enjoyable to have in our home and his work was impeccable. You cannot even tell patchwork was done, the ceiling looks perfect. He was tidy and cleaned up well and was all around just fantastic. His son helped with the texturing and was also very personable. Overall a great experience and I would hire Ernie again in a heartbeat. Trustworthy, honest and his work is solid."

When quoting the bid and then performing the job, they were punctual, reasonable, professional, responsive, and communicated well. It was great to work with someone who let us know the time they would likely be on-site and then followed up with a phone call that day confirming when they would be arriving. They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent stripping job of the fire-lane that was very professional looking. When someone vandalized the stripping job by painting over parts of it with white paint, they arranged to restripe the fire-lane by withing two days of our calling them. They cleaned up the mess at a reasonable charge and did a beautiful re-stripping job that was as good if not better looking than the original one! We highly recommend them and will consider them for future paving/stripping jobs which are coming up in the spring of 2020.-T Onders & L Wilbur, Kirkland WA"
