When quoting the bid and then performing the job, they were punctual, reasonable, professional, responsive, and communicated well. It was great to work with someone who let us know the time they would likely be on-site and then followed up with a phone call that day confirming when they would be arriving. They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent stripping job of the fire-lane that was very professional looking. When someone vandalized the stripping job by painting over parts of it with white paint, they arranged to restripe the fire-lane by withing two days of our calling them. They cleaned up the mess at a reasonable charge and did a beautiful re-stripping job that was as good if not better looking than the original one! "The guys who came over were great and worked very hard. The problem was that when I called I was told they would be there in 30 minutes. It was over three hours before they showed up and they were then surprised to hear that I had been told they would be there so quickly. It appears the company is not in my area at all but closer to Seattle. If I'd known they would take so long to get to me, as my finished basement was full of water, I'd have gone elsewhere. I also like to support local businesses and not to cause unnecessary use of gasoline so I'd definitely have gone elsewhere. Once again, the work was done well and the guys worked hard."
