Elm saved our bacon! Came out immediately during an emergency and stayed on the project as long as needed until it was done -- in advance of a dangerous cold front. They were quick, responsive, and professional.

Elm came out to look at one job and ended up doing three jobs! Adding an outlet and a circuit for an appliance, installing a bathroom fan, replacing a light fixture, and then attaching a new plate to the outside of the house for the main cable (in the rain!)......They also took care of the permitting and inspection! Just the very best experience we have had with ANY service call/repair! Great communication, really skilled. I feel so confident about the work they did. Would highly recommend!

Shawn and Eric at Elm Electric are our go to. They have helped many of our clients with small, medium and large jobs. Not only are these guys great at what they do but they care a lot about the level of service that they provide. For older electrical, Shawn has found parts through his connections and come up with a creative solution. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone diving into an electrical project, large or small.

I had a rental house’s electrical system fully updated from old knob-and-tube wiring up to code. After receiving several quotes (some of which were unbelievable!), I talked with Eric and he returned a quote promptly and it was priced competitively. More than price, it was a pleasure working with him and his speed to complete the job was very fast. You can tell he loves what he does and enjoys working with people. Looks like I found my electrician going forward!

Very quick and prompt appointment

I am a remodel designer, but I hired ELM Electric for a large service upgrade project at my own home. I was very impressed with how prompt and professional Eric and Shawn are. They actually answered all of my calls and returned all of my messages--other companies that I have worked with in the past took days to respond or didn't call at all. They are pleasant and efficient and did really nice, neat work. They intervened on our behalf with PSE and arranged permits and scheduling as needed. I will recommend ELM electric to my own clients with confidence. These guys are not only pro electricians, they also understand how important good customer service is.

I hired ELM electric to do a mobile home install at my vacation home. These guys are real pro's --- Eric and Mark did the install and did outstanding work at a reasonable price. Eric was outstanding. Not only fixed everything I asked him to do, he told me what I could do myself to save money. Also gave me great advice on the new house I am building. Now I will have an awesome backup generator installed, and all will be built in before the house is built instead of being a post-construction install. Very knowledgable, competitively priced.
