"Good communication. Office called the day before to alert me that the tech might be a bit late if the 1st job ran over. Tech called 20 minutes ahead to let me know he was coming. When he arrived, he surveyed the job and laid out his hoses. He put scratch guards on all the door frames and places where the hoses could scratch the woodwork.
