Have three bedroom carpet deep cleaned, deodorized and sanitized, retrenched two bedroom carpet, cleaned hardwood floor. Excellent job! two staff worked, they are very professional, polite and friendly, I have personally witness how they cleaned the carpet using very sophisticated machine working on the carpet. The company has very clear charge for each work, detailed measurement of each room and stairs. In the end, they sent me a finished job photos.

I first asked for a quote through Angies list, but got no response. When I called they apologized and from that point forward they were courteous, professional, prompt, & punctual. They were reasonably priced. Really excellent customer service, asked if I had any questions several times along the way. Let me know what I could expect when my rugs came back.

He was very helpful and efficient. Did a great job and even surface cleaned 3 area rugs for us, but was very pricy! We will use him again ,but will have to budget for his services. Overall we liked him.

About 1 1/2 hours to clean the carpet. They had to take the area rug to clean and it was returned a week later.

Company was very polite and responsive. Worker arrived on schedule with a call before hand to tell me when he would be arriving. Hector arrived,,,,,,,,,he was very polite and when he slowed down his speech i could understand him. Then it all went downhill. He used a black light to identify pet stains and suggested their PURT treatment. There were no noticeable stains. I had to barter all the services,,,ie, if you buy this i will give you this, if you buy that i will pay half of your taxes, etc etc. I have been having my carpets cleaned for over 50 years and NEVER had to barter the price. He cleaned the carpets and left. He did not put any protection under the wood legs of the furniture that couldn't be moved off the carpet, ie Queen size bed and sofa........luckily I noticed and did that. The carpets seemed very wet but he told me they would be dry in 2 or 3 hours. The carpets stayed WET, soaking wet, with a strange odor for days. I turned the heat up to 80, turned on the gas fireplace and all of the fans in the house. Carpet was still fairly wet in the morning,,,,,carpet matted down with every step we took,,,,,even our little 7 pound dog left footprints in the carpet, it was that wet. Finally on the 3rd day it seemed fairly dry. The price, even with my bartering, seemed outrageous and i wish I had NEVER had them do the cleaning. I paid $457.64 AFTER a 20% coupon, to clean a small living room and bedroom in a condo!

I cleaned all of my father-in-law's house. It was excellent service. The price was justified because it was very dirty. I can't use them again; I live in Florida. If I lived out there I'd use them again. They were on time, they said what they were doing, it was clean after they left. I sold the house later.

Not well. The initial technician did not seem to quite know what he was doing. We had to call him back a 2nd time as a large area of the living room carpet was not cleaned at all. After the same worker came back the 2nd time there was still no improvement. Finally the lead man came out and he was able to get the job done to our satisfaction ( and his ). So, 3 visits that should have taken just one, had to be home over 3 Saturdays until the whole thing was finally done. The attached photo was taken after the technician had been out to clean the carpet twice.

I chose Chem Dry because it had so many reviews. I've been living with the results for a few months now and have been non-plussed with the job. I really felt I needed to review. On the good side, the cleaner arrived on time and was very pleasant. On the not-so-good side his work was sloppy. We have fir trim at the baseboards and where the carpet cleaning machine ran up against it, there are splashes of the carpet cleaning solution. The same thing happened on our living room inset of carpet, surrounded by our wood flooring. Splashes of the opaque white cleaning solution on the wood. This machine did a pretty good job on the carpets where it was used. It was NOT used on the stairwell. Here, a power tool much the same (probably is the same) as you would use to buff your car. So basically, a solution was sprayed onto the carpeted stair and/or the "buffer" pad and our stairs were buffed out. The residual solution therefore, just was absorbed back down into the carpet. Each time I go up and down the stairs I see how the color is darker than before. Next time I need to have my carpets cleaned, I will do more research in the method and make a better choice for my home.

They did a great job where they did clean. However, they did not clean at all under the king bed.
