"The project started 10/2021 and ended sometime in 2/2022. This project took long3r than anticipated. I had to check in multiple times to see if anyone would be working on the project that day. The sub contractors used for electrical and plumbing cut corners in places causing issues and failures in 2024. The electrician tapped into existing wires, over loading the breaker and the water tank connections were not threaded and sealed correctly causing a leak with the expansion tank. Luckily I found good people to do the work and get it done right."

On at least two separate occasions Projects Unlimited did a lot of finish work in the entryway (building posts and restoring woodwork), porch (trimming out railing and rebuilding deck railing), adding a bathroom window, replacing missing trim, too many things to list. Beautiful work, in keeping with historic style. Many years later, after a leak in our upstairs bathroom he completely gutted and re.odeled that room. Again, beautiful workmanship.
