It sparkles now with not trace of stain! Santiago arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left the site spotless. We greatly appreciated Santiago's prompt response. We are selling our home and wanted the new buyers to love the home as much as we did. This project has brightened up a dull exterior and made the home so much more inviting. We are a local Whatcom County family run business who specializes in residential remodels and additions. No project is too big or too small. We can do anything from siding, decks, fences, to bathroom and kitchen remodels. We also do ADU's DADU's and can help facilitate the permitting process.

"Paul Burlingame (and team) constructed a basement garage and attached ADU on the side of our 100 year old house - no small feat at all. Initially we were a little guarded because of all the horror stories you hear about shiesty contractors, but our experience with Paul has been nothing but positive throughout the entire build. He has a keen attention to detail and values good quality work. For example, there were a couple crucial details that were not described by our engineer, and Paul worked hard to determine the right course of action. In the end, what he came up with was better than we could have imagined. Not only is he personable and a knowledgeable contractor, he has an eye for aesthetic which was a delight as we discussed design options, from trim details to pergola hardware. In the end, Paul and his team built us a stunning 800 sf 2 story ADU and 400 sf basement garage, that feels spacious and contemporary while beautifully tying together with the exterior of our existing 1920s Tudor Revival home. "The project started mid July. It was to be a 5 day job. 6 weeks later we are not close to being done. The floor has been laid incorrectly twice and still isn't finished. The tub isn't in. The vanity is in front of my closet where it has been for 3 weeks. My bathroom door is in my garage. I have waited at home for days after being promised they were on their way. The only time I get a response from them is when I start telling them I will go to labor and industries. I won't let them into my home anymore. Forget it."
