"I had a full bathroom remodel done by Burlingame. I was referred by a friend of mine and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. The crew was respectful, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Burlingame was easy to work with and assisted in the design choices along the way. When unexpected things came up, they always do, prompt notification was provided and any issues were addressed. I plan on having Burlingame remodel the guest bathroom and kitchen in the future. "I had my asphalt driveway demolished and replaced with a larger asphalt driveway. I had 4 estimates for the project. I chose YBarra after meeting with Sean the superintendent. I felt comfortable with him and I thought the estimate he gave was fair. This was not my experience with the other estimators. We are in the summer season right now and finding a spot in a contractors busy schedule is very hard! They were able to complete the project within a week from when I accepted the proposal. They did an amazing job. Sean was there for most of the work. And when he was not he checked in with me to see how everything was going. The work was completed in a timely manner. They collected all the debris and next thing I knew I had a brand new driveway! I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done. If you have a project in mind I recommend having someone from the company come out and bid."

"Jason managed a large remodel at our house, including new floors, cabinets, kitchen, bathrooms, tile, fireplace, and doors. We found Jason to be knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, and pleasant to deal with. With a large project like this we were bound to run into some unexpected problems, and Jason was always willing to do whatever it took to resolve these to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would highly recommend Jason for any remodeling or constuction project.

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
