Covarrubias Construction

I am a high end general contractor and I've now hired Covarrubias Construction to work on 3 project of mine. Ricardo is great to work with. He and his guys really pay attention to detail. Everybody on the crew is clean and very respectful. Ricardo (and his guys) are also as honest as the day is long (well, I guess in the middle of summer here in Seattle!). My company will continue to use Ricardo and the whole team at Covarrubias Construction.

Great job! We had a drunk driver hit our carport and knock out one of the posts. We needed a really fast repair so there was not further damage to the carport. Covarrubias Construction came the same day we contacted them and finished the job in a couple of hours.

Ricardo and his team are great!!!! They are always on time,they make sure to protect your floors before starting the work. We are so happy with our bathrooms transformations,it’s almost like we’ve moved into a brand new place. I feel blessed to have found them as contractors. Professional,honest,kind and beautiful work!!!! My family wishes them lots of success!

Ricardo and his team did an amazing job. They made sure to find all the wood that needed replacing and created safe and beautiful steps to our deck. We were so impressed with their work we also asked them to build a matching handrail for a small mother in law unit on our property that didn’t have one. We are so happy we chose them for our project.

By far the most reliable crew and would highly recommend if you can get on his schedule. Framing was accurate, clean and quick. I was dumbfounded how fast they could Frame up rake walls and stick walls with 1/16" accuracy. Stairs were phenomenal, it was all stain grade interior with old growth fir lumber. Thank you for keeping longevity and structural integrity in mind with the continuity of ergonomics. Deck framing with composition decking was perfect, they kept mindfulness of hardware and attachment hardware in the goal of minimal exposed fasteners. Deck stairs had a beautiful picture frame to each step with inset treads. They will be my first call for any pick up framing and exterior decks and railings.
