"It went very well. It has been working just great and I didn't have to replace it. He was very helpful and I now have hot water. The woman on the phone I spoke with seemed very helpful as well. I will call them when I need a new water heater. I only had to pay for a service call and 2 small parts which is great."

Directional drilling is complex and requires training to use the advanced machinery. It can be challenging to monitor the position of the drill since there’s no direct line of sight. If you’re digging a deep trench or one that’s over 100 feet, consider renting a mechanical trencher, such as a walk-behind or ride-on, or calling a pro for help.
