My family has been in the construction industry for nearly 100 years in this state. I personally have nearly 30 years of hands on experience. I have lived in WA state my entire life, my wife and I currently live in Olympia WA. My goal is to give a very high quality of craftsmanship for a fair price. "Vanderlip Construction brought our ideas and vision to a reality on a master and guest bathroom remodel in our 1961 rambler. Eric is both an organized contractor and an experienced craftsman. He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers.
