"Larry took on the incredibly ambitious project of renovating our 1914 Craftsman home, repainting the exterior, expanding the primary bathroom, refinishing floors, decking, stairwells, expanding and updating the kitchen, updating electrical and heating systems to modern standards, and so much more.The project is almost complete, but we were so excited that we wanted to write the review anyway! Throughout the process, Larry and his crew worked tirelessly to get things done, always focusing on quality and making sure we were happy with the work. Even partway through the project, neighbors were already commenting on how much they loved his color choices, and how much he and his crew cared about the project. Even given how large the project was, Larry and his crew tackled it head-on and got it done; he really brought out what made this home so special to us. We're really happy to have had the chance to work with Larry, and are really appreciating how wonderful our new home is thanks to him and his crew."

"Patrick, Manuel, and their whole team were fantastic to work. My house is 100 years old, two stories of cedar shakes, and hadn’t been painted in 15+ years. Needless to say, this was not an easy project and required lots of expertise and hand scraping, sanding and priming to even get paint to stick on the old wood. Patrick was so knowledgeable and created a great project plan and Manuel and the team worked diligently over several days of very hot weather to get everything done. The thing that impressed me the most was their communication skills, which were the best I’ve ever experienced on a house project—Patrick provided a proposal in only 2 days (amazing!), answered emails and texts within 30 minutes of receiving them, and the team provided updates everyday. Everyone on-site was so nice and helpful too! And, most importantly, they made my old house look GREAT!"

"Jesus at Above and and Beyond Painting and Remodeling is absolutely wonderful. Jesus came to my condo for a bathroom redo but I was so impressed with him I had him redo my entire condo. I can’t speak highly enough of Jesus, Rolando who works for Jesus and the vendors Jesus works with. Jesus transformed my plain kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities beautifully that they look like brand new high end cabinets. The new flat stock baseboards and trim Jesus installed really modernized my condo. Rolando did an immaculate job of painting my new door molding, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and doors. Jesus’ quartz countertop vendor did an amazing job and his tile vendors did a wonderful job on my entryway tile, bathtub surround and my fireplace.
