"Larry took on the incredibly ambitious project of renovating our 1914 Craftsman home, repainting the exterior, expanding the primary bathroom, refinishing floors, decking, stairwells, expanding and updating the kitchen, updating electrical and heating systems to modern standards, and so much more.The project is almost complete, but we were so excited that we wanted to write the review anyway! Throughout the process, Larry and his crew worked tirelessly to get things done, always focusing on quality and making sure we were happy with the work. Even partway through the project, neighbors were already commenting on how much they loved his color choices, and how much he and his crew cared about the project. Even given how large the project was, Larry and his crew tackled it head-on and got it done; he really brought out what made this home so special to us. We're really happy to have had the chance to work with Larry, and are really appreciating how wonderful our new home is thanks to him and his crew."

He and Mike painted the entire interior of my house, as well as all of the woodwork, including window trim/sills, baseboards, door frames, and doors. It was a tedious job but it turned out beautifully. Alan also helped me out by cutting and inserting portions of baseboard that were missing â a nice surprise since I didnâ t think I would be able to do it and it wasnâ t in his scope of work. When the project took longer than expected, Alan was very apologetic. All-in-all, it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend Best Property Management Services."

Patrick was so knowledgeable and created a great project plan and Manuel and the team worked diligently over several days of very hot weather to get everything done. The thing that impressed me the most was their communication skills, which were the best I’ve ever experienced on a house project—Patrick provided a proposal in only 2 days (amazing!), answered emails and texts within 30 minutes of receiving them, and the team provided updates everyday. Everyone on-site was so nice and helpful too! And, most importantly, they made my old house look GREAT!"
