"Our experience with Unlimited Painting Solutions was wonderful. They spent time with us discussing our paint color and had reference material to help us visualize what it would look like on our home. They offered flexibility and fairness when we changed our garage door color last minute, only charging for the paint, which I can easily use on other exterior projects. One of the most impactful aspects of working with them was their open communication. If the weather changed the schedule or anything came up, they would communicate that instead of going silent. If we had a question, they were understanding and responded promptly. The paint job itself is fantastic; the coating is even and thorough. The team took care of cleaning up afterward and made sure not to harm our garden. We didn't realize how much the fresh exterior paint would make our new roof and gutters 'pop' until we saw the final product! Plus, we can rest easier knowing that our siding is protected before Autumn arrives, preventing wood rot from the rain. Overall, we hope to work with them again. We already want to repaint the interior of our home sometime next year!"

"Can't say enough about how incredible our experience with Melvin and Mateo was. First they repainted our kitchen cabinets, and they did an outstanding job - clean and flawless. Then we brought them back to paint the exterior of our home plus installing natural wood soffit above our front door with canned ceiling lights and new lamps on the front of the house. They sanded down any rough spots in our existing siding, replaced the siding on our chimney to make it new again, added trim/siding to cover up exposed concrete foundation, added a natural wood accent to our balcony, and did it all for an incredible price. They were always punctual, professional, and flexible with our ever-changing plans. Truly outstanding work - these guys are at the top of their industry for quality, value, and professionalism. "The workmanship was excellent. We appreciate the owner's advice and use of quality solid stain products. The crew power washed the fence the day before painting. They were extremely careful about plants and shrubs and there was no damage to the plants bordering the fence. They were quite busy during the summer months and it took awhile to get the project done. It was definitely worth the wait and all of our condo owners appreciate the way things look. I would definitely hire Seattle Paint and Drywall again."

"Mo and team just finished a job for us today. It was a full repaint on the south side of our 90 year old home, Touch up work in others areas where boards had been replaced after a roofing job and they stained our fence. The price was very reasonable and everything looks fantastic. The job was even one day shorter than anticipated. Everyone on the crew was lovely and everything was tidied up great at the end of the job. We would definitely hire them again."
