"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Wow! This is the best my yard has looked since I bought the house! My neighbors keep dropping by to tell me how good it looks, and ask who did the work. Juan was responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible in working with me. The team was great. They worked hard, were fast, and did a great job. They asked for feedback, and made sure that I reviewed their work before they left. I will be using them not only for seasonal clean up and regular maintenance, but also for major projects."
