"The workers are not supervised. So they milk the clock to get more money. Either that or they are just tired because they don’t get any breaks or lunch, which is against the law. So they take their time and you pay them by the hour. One guy was like a turtle. I understand because it’s hard work but it shouldn’t have taken them 6 hours. I was even helping them so that we can get it done in a timely manner. I got charged $1100. And i called in because i heard the turle say he came from another job and was tired. So i shouldn’t have to pay more because he was overworked. And even Management has bad customer service. Alejandro told me he would provide a $200 refund because the guy had been working long shifts. And then he ghosted and never responded to multiple calls. Just received an email that they will not be making things right."

"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"Not surprised they are closed... I used this company to move from Virginia to Wisconsin in July 2023. It cost more than triple the initial quote, they did not break down our storage shelves so we needed another truck, delays on delivery date multiple times so all our stuff could fit one truck (but 2 other deliveries were on our semi.. so), AND my belongings had weavel bugs in them. Stored our stuff for 4 months in NJ, and delivered by a teuck grom Florida. Also, both of my personal hand carts did not arrive with my stuff. Would not wish this company on anyone."

"I submitted a request to Angie s List as I was getting ready to sell our house. I was looking for a pool company to make some repairs to our pool. When I spoke to the representative from Angie s List, it was mentioned that we were moving out of state. I was told that Angie s List could assist with that as well. In response to that conversation, I received a call from Erik with Nationwide Van Lines. He represented himself as an employee of an A-Plus company that has been in business for 25-plus years. I asked Erik to give me a quote for a full-service, out-of-state move. I was very happy with the quoted price and was encouraged by Erik to go forward with a Risk Free Deposit of $1,700.00. At the time, I was only able to pay $500.00. In hindsight, I consider that a blessing! Erik emailed me the moving quote and asked that I electronically sign it at my convenience and send it back. He had already taken payment of $500.00 for a Risk Free deposit. For the record, I never did electronically sign the moving estimate. As I was contacted through Angie s List, it didn t even cross my mind that they could be scammers! About a week later, I was contacted by Brandon. He advised me that Erik had been terminated and Brandon was my new contact person. Never was it mentioned by Erik or Brandon that there was a 72-hour cancellation window. This shouldn t matter, however, as I did not electronically sign the moving estimate! As the move was approaching, I decided to call and pay the balance of my deposit. After a gut feeling, I decided to do a little more research before paying my balance. When I googled Nationwide Van Lines, I noticed a different phone number and address. I decided to call the 800 number that came up with my Google search. They answered as Nationwide Van Lines. I advised them I had an upcoming move and that I would like to work out a few details with them. When the customer service representative couldn t find my info, she advised me that I had been scammed. The real Nationwide Van Lines receives calls almost daily with horror stories of people who have been scammed by the company Nationwide Movers. The representative advised me that Nationwide Movers has been using the reputable name of Nationwide Van Lines to try and get business. They are known for lowballing the estimate to get the business, and then they greatly increase the price and use a third-party mover to complete the work. Sometimes, even holding your stuff hostage. She asked that I file a complaint with the Department of Transportation, which I did. The DOT number is for a company called EZ Moving Group DBA Nationwide Movers."

"I booked United Prime Van Lines for an interstate move and canceled well within the 7-day window listed in their own contract. A representative told me I?d receive a full refund, but instead I was met with manipulative tactics designed to delay, confuse, and ultimately coerce me into signing a release form just to get my money back. They are now refusing to return my deposit unless I remove reviews and sign legal paperwork?even though they never provided any service. This is unethical and potentially illegal under consumer protection and military relief laws. They also failed to provide a fully executed copy of the contract, yet are using a screenshot of my info to claim it?s binding. When I pointed out that their own cancellation clause supports my right to a refund, they pivoted and demanded silence in exchange for reimbursement. Their pride in being listed on Angie?s List does not reflect the unprofessional and borderline predatory experience I had."

"We had a terrible experience with this company. They purposefully underestimated our move in order to get our business, then jacked up the price by 40% and demanded cash or cashier's check or they would not deliver our things. The expected 2 day move turned into a 3 day nightmare that included one night sleeping on the floor of our home (and my husband is 80 and has had a stroke) and the loss of the opportunity to participate in a home sales event at our destination. Did we sign an updated contract on the street on a Sunday night at nearly 10 PM for them to rent a second truck? Well, yes we did. What else could we do? They had us over a barrel from the beginning. The crew also had absolutely no idea how to move a piano--they spent about 8 hours on that alone--despite claiming they "are one of the best in the business." They did wrap our things well and they worked really hard, but it was definitely a switch-and-bait tactic that was incredibly manipulative and completely maddening. Beware!"
