"I don't even think I need to add words for you to see how happy I am with this project. I mean just look at it!! I had a vague vision of what I wanted and Matthew from Rainier Ridge made it a reality. I have nothing bad to say about the outcome or the overall experience. "Modernized Exteriors seem to have built a decent deck for a decent price but in a somewhat sloppy and dishonest way. First, they left hundreds of pieces of debris including over 100 nails, screws, and other fasteners, and hundreds of pieces of the old deck lying around, including some pieces over six feet long, many with embedded nails sticking out. For months, nearly every time my daughters went out to play they came back with a handful of nails and screws. Second, the old deck had a notch through which the gutter downspout passed to reach the drain in the ground. Instead of cutting a notch for the downspout, they just tossed it behind a bush allowing the gutter to empty directly onto the deck. They promised a 12-month warranty, saying they'd come out to correct any defects. When I mentioned the disconnected gutter they initially said they'd fix it, but then ignored my follow-up messages when I asked them to actually do it. So they may not honor their promises."

"I am so impressed with Kyle and team and would hire Timberland Builders over and over (in fact, I am)! Kyle and Jessie completed the flooring in my log cabin in record-timing. They were flexible with start dates and began the project on the date I asked, and sent me progress pictures along the way. In addition, the flooring in my cabin is NOT easy -- as the shape of the cabin has various angles and other odd nuances. Kyle and Jessie handled it masterfully. Finally, my cabin is in a fairly remote location, and I am so grateful they drove the distance to help me with the remodel.
