GOT ROT?

I loved the work Gotrot did. Their service was prompt the communication was thorough and the work was too notch. Gotrot rebuilt a rotting porch and deck support. Would use them again if I have rot problems

A chatGPT search suggested Got Rot when we had a roofing emergency, and they quickly responded. Vlad came out same week when we called them and he professionally assessed the damage and walked us through the steps of the repair and the costs. Their estimate is detailed and clear. Not the cheapest company to work with but their prices are reasonable and they are great. The team was extremely respectful of the home, worked efficiently and with great skill. It was a major repair, and their calm and professional demeanor was a reassuring presence throughout the major framing repair. Highly recommend them!!! They are the best.

My husband and I hired “Got Rot” to replace our second story deck off of our floating home. Our deck had rotted through in a few spots and needed better reinforcement underneath. Derrick was great to advise us how to take care of the problem. His employee Arthur, did all the manual labor. Arthur could not have been better! He worked hard, made sure everything was structurally sound and coated the deck beautifully! (he is also very polite and always cleaned up the area at the end of the day—big yay in my book!). The job was just finished and it looks terrific! We are so happy that we hired “Got Rot”.

We were very pleased with our experience with Got Rot. They provided me with an initial estimate for water damage and wood rot to our home’s frame and siding uncovered after we removed our backyard deck, with a warning that additional work may be needed once they really opened things up. After the first day, they gave me a detailed, updated estimate that provided a lot of transparency on the additional work needed. They held to their updated estimate and finished the work in a good amount of time, providing pictures of their progress via their portal. Would hire again if needed.
