I had a home project to repair water damage in two bathrooms, a bedroom, and kitchen. The bid from Alen was comparable with two previous bids but I chose his company based partly on availability but largely because he had a positive attitude and seemed excited to work on my project. I didn't have a hard deadline to complete the project but he gave me an estimate of 3 weeks and they were able to finish within that time frame, even with some supply chain setbacks. Everyone on Alen's team was pleasant and respectful of my space, which is significant as I primarily work from home. They were great about accommodating my time when I needed to be in meetings, etc. The work they've done is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the new flooring they installed. They made sure to line up the patterns so that it looks nice and to finish all the little details. Alen was also great at communicating with me every day, letting me know what they planned to do, checking in with me if something changed, and talking to me at the end of the day to show me what had been done and what the plan for the next day was. They also made sure to clean up at the end of each day. I wholeheartedly recommend Alen and his team. I personally will be using them again for a few smaller projects in the future.

Alen and his team were very professional and the communication was fantastic, at no point did I feel like I was left in the dark. Everything was done in the timeline we agreed to at the start and I am extremely pleased with the final outcome.

Louis & Francois Construction did an amazing job on our roof! The crew was very friendly and after each day did a meticulous clean up job before they left for the day. During the installation Louis & Francois Construction used an aerial drone to show us the progress of the project which was really great to see. They stayed within the completion schedule as promised. I would highly recommend this company!

Hire this company! They remodeled our old kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. Great communication from everyone. Arrived when they said, worked hard all day and cleaned up every day before leaving. Alen, who was our project manager had great ideas and listened to ours as well. Our dream home was realized because of this team.
