"H Morey construction did an amazing job at demolishing and removing my concrete side walk. He was very nice and was straight forward with his pricing. "we worked w/tim a few years ago in the siting of a cabin on our property on a remote island in the san juans. we were happy to be able to tap into his many years of practical experience designing and bldg in the islands and in seattle. his fresh perspective, walking our 3+ acre site w/us, confirmed the siting assumptions we'd made and allowed us to move fwd w/our building knowing that we'd left few, if any, stones unturned. his design sense speaks to both contemporary and/or traditional/rustic design -- appropriate design being the key to his vision -- he understands the value of not imposing a design on a site but rather working w/the landform and design to assure a superb fit. tim helped us transform our bldg from ideas to a buildable design. he understands and is highly experienced in the bldg process and is well-versed in the pragmatics, from programming, to schematic design to siting to contractor evaluation and can take a scheme to fruition! he really helped us move our project forward. in the event of a contractor dispute, tim can be helpful in setting things straight and helping to get things back on track and again, moving forward. he's also quite astute in confirming budgeting assumptions, bringing his deep, real world experience to bear on a project. that said, we'd be happy to work w/tim again on any building project we undertake -- he's easygoing, a solid listener and a terrific resource for any project you might want to undertake."

"I had my asphalt driveway demolished and replaced with a larger asphalt driveway. I had 4 estimates for the project. I chose YBarra after meeting with Sean the superintendent. I felt comfortable with him and I thought the estimate he gave was fair. This was not my experience with the other estimators. We are in the summer season right now and finding a spot in a contractors busy schedule is very hard! They were able to complete the project within a week from when I accepted the proposal. They did an amazing job. Sean was there for most of the work. And when he was not he checked in with me to see how everything was going. The work was completed in a timely manner. They collected all the debris and next thing I knew I had a brand new driveway! I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done. If you have a project in mind I recommend having someone from the company come out and bid."

"I recommend Aaron Gibbs's services as a handyman. He has done all types of remodels/repairs for me over the past year, from carpentry projects to odd jobs around my house. He is responsible, punctual, and a quick worker. Aaron is also a nice person. This past winter I wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathroom (tearing out and replacing cabinets, shower, etc) he listened to my ideas, shared his experiences and did the job in a professional and timely manner. "Rubin came out to look at the job and discussed an additional job I was considering. He did not send the estimate for the second job, but then did communicate the information to me when he came out to do the first job. Rubin was very professional, personable and a clear communicator. I had purchased and Angie Big Deal of three hours for $99 dollars expecting the job would require an additional 1-2 hours. His estimate and final price came out about what I expected. His work was very good. I will have him back to do the second job of refinishing the walls in the bathroom."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
