"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. "When I asked for service because of a water leak, they gave me a next-day appointment, on Friday. Next day they called and said they couldn't come, but would come between 1 and 7 PM on Tuesday. Waited all afternoon on Tuesday and nothing, not even a call. Wednesday I called to report the failure and was told management would be notified. Thursday afternoon I called and was given an appointment between 1 and 7 PM the next day, Friday. On Friday an expert plumber showed up an hour early and did a marvelous job. Seemed to cost an arm and a leg, but complete and professional, along with good explanations of everything."
