"I would give them 10 stars if I could. Jeff and his team did our new office in Old City Hall for both carpet and tile. They did a great job laying down several different kinds of carpet tiles, and also traditional tiling. He was fair and transparent in his pricing. Much more so than other commercial installers. "Rubin came out to look at the job and discussed an additional job I was considering. He did not send the estimate for the second job, but then did communicate the information to me when he came out to do the first job. Rubin was very professional, personable and a clear communicator. I had purchased and Angie Big Deal of three hours for $99 dollars expecting the job would require an additional 1-2 hours. His estimate and final price came out about what I expected. His work was very good. I will have him back to do the second job of refinishing the walls in the bathroom."
