The raking was replaced as requested, however the boards on the floor of the deck that were not replaced were not tightened down, so the deck still has loose boards, for the price they could have taken a few more minutes to tighten or replace those screws."

"Don't try to do your own epoxy floor covering. Consumers can only buy inferior products, whereas the professionals can get much higher and longer lasting products. Plus the finished product will really look good. I know from experience, as years ago I covered my garage floor with an epoxy product.
