They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "I asked to have steps leading to deck replaced they did a good job on them. The raking was replaced as requested, however the boards on the floor of the deck that were not replaced were not tightened down, so the deck still has loose boards, for the price they could have taken a few more minutes to tighten or replace those screws."

"Don't try to do your own epoxy floor covering. Consumers can only buy inferior products, whereas the professionals can get much higher and longer lasting products. Plus the finished product will really look good. I know from experience, as years ago I covered my garage floor with an epoxy product. It looked pretty good at first, but over a ten-year period it began to wear down. The professional job I just had done by the Garage Floor Guy (Brandon) looks so much better than the one I did, that I know it will stay looking good for years to come."
