Best basement remodelers near Elk, WA

"Sergey and the team at Elite did a great job with our basement remodel, we are very happy with the results. The entire team (including subcontractors) were professional and respectful. I would use them again for any project that we have."

"Tony is fantastic, he did a lot of projects in our home, drywall replacement, installed hardwood floors, painted, performed extensive work on our deck to make it safe & stable, repaired our French doors. He did a huge job of cleaning & detailing my Grandmothers house to sell (we got $40,000 over asking price). My son hired him to frame, drywall the basement in a house he bought. He framed in & installed a hanging microwave, framed in the dishwasher as well. All in all Tony is a great guy & does awesome work. Would absolutely hire him again."

"Gage and team have done a great job with both my upstairs and basement remodels over the years. I appreciated Gage’s support in helping me bring my vision to life. I would highly recommend Innovation Renovation for any remodeling or construction needs."

"We had Jeff's crew fully remodel one of our basement rooms and add an egress window. They did some minor work on another room in the basement, and they removed an old, rotten deck that we inherited when we bought the house. All the work is excellent. The personal interactions were great; the crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They took the one room all the way to the foundation and built up from there; it was a big project with some funky angles from the 1950s. When we have work in the future, we will definitely contact Jeff again. A few things that I found particularly good: first, Jeff gave us a few different bids to help us figure out which things we could afford to do now and which things we could delay. Initially, we were thinking of doing several partial projects, but because he was willing to give us three different bids, we managed to get exactly what we wanted in one room and enough done in the other to make it very comfortable. Second, Mike and Chris were the two guys here the most and they were friendly and kind. The site was kept clean, and we never worried about leaving them alone in the house. They arrived when they said they would, and they communicated clearly. Third, Jeff was always a phone call or text away. He responded quickly and was kind. There was a hiccup in the some of the electrical work that I didn't catch when doing the walk through. Jeff had the electrician on site within hours to fix the issue. I want to be clear: we had already paid him; I had already signed off on the work; and even then he gave me the same personal attention he'd give us while doing the work. The craftsmanship is great. We really love the new room, and we are more than happy to recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone needing projects done. I will recommend him to friends in the future."

"It went great.  Jerry showed up, as scheduled and prioritized jobs to fit with the ever changing spring weather!  What would have taken me at least a month of procrastination, Jerry had finished in two days.  Since he has so many building and finishing skills, I think I will have him do some remodeling next!"

"Nathan completed about 20 different jobs within 2 weeks on our 120-year old house, porch, basement, & garage. Every detail was handled perfectly! The results are beautiful & we couldnâ  t be happier. Apparently there isnâ  t anything he canâ  t do! We were impressed with his character & knowledge from the initial consultation. He was helpful, creative, timely, focused, precise, neat & clean, and went beyond our expectations with all of his work, which he completed entirely himself. His pricing was perfectly fair. We have already recommended him to others, & will be proud to continue doing so. Thank you so very much, Nathan!!"

"Tim was very quick to respond as he was there soon after the flood.  He was very professional in helping us determine what needed to be done, and then executed it all without a hitch.   As mentioned previously,  he took the time and had the tools and skills to make a big mess clean once again.   The finished basement was completely cleaned up. He also worked well with our renters.   Very efficient and gave us a good price for the work.  Thanks to him and his company."
