Get matched with top basement remodelers in Colbert, WA

"This is my second project with Elite, the basement remodel they did for me years ago is still great with no issues and the new deck they just completed is perfect. The workers were a pleasure to work with again, and the results are even better than expected. I trust Elite to do literally any and all work on my house, and I can't wait to work with them again on my next project."

"Tony is fantastic, he did a lot of projects in our home, drywall replacement, installed hardwood floors, painted, performed extensive work on our deck to make it safe & stable, repaired our French doors. He did a huge job of cleaning & detailing my Grandmothers house to sell (we got $40,000 over asking price). My son hired him to frame, drywall the basement in a house he bought. He framed in & installed a hanging microwave, framed in the dishwasher as well. All in all Tony is a great guy & does awesome work. Would absolutely hire him again."

"We found this company excellent to work with , and we rate them over the top A+! The two people we worked with were company owner Simon, and His very talented partner and Assistant Heather. We contracted with them to do a remodel for our home, and from the very beginning they were prompt, professional, attentive to detail, and very knowledgeable and informed about the products and services we would need. Heather spent time with me to help interpret the style and preferences I liked, which made an excellent basis for selecting colors products, etc. We were out of town for this remodel, which made it extra important to have choices and decisions made early on. They spent time communicating with us as to careful details for the entire job. It was time well spent, as the finished project was exactly what we were hoping for, with wonderful details thrown in!! We could not have ask for better results. The careful attention to detail and high quality of work done is a reflection of pride and professionalism for this company. Two important things about this company that we were particular impressed with; 1) We were not here, and they did not hesitate to communicate with us and keep us informed as the work progressed. They sent us pictures on a regular basis. They always responded quickly to our calls or messages...A+ 2) Their goal for this project was to do what we wanted, to please us and make it the way we wanted..A+ The estimate they gave us was clear and concise, with the cost of the work we asked for itemized. In the end there were about 2 cost overruns from change orders and unexpected work. These were very reasonable and anticipated for this kind of project. We found the cost to be reasonable for the work they did for us. This company was very professional, attentive, and nice to work with and they did a great job for us. without doubt, they would be the people we would ask to do work for us again and we highly recommend them."

"I couldn't be happier with the work! They came out to give us an estimate right away, got us on the schedule almost immediately, and completed the job much faster than we expected without sacrificing quality. They painted the entire interior of our home, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Every room looks fresh, clean, and professionally finished. They also helped with our kitchen remodel, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Throughout the project they were professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed, and made the whole process stress-free. If you're looking for a contractor who responds quickly, gets the job scheduled without a long wait, and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend them. We'll definitely be calling them again for future projects!"

"I am extremely satisfied with the patio J&R installed. Rafeal and Joel were easy to work with and the entire crew was courteous, hard working and dedicated to quality. They even worked until 6p on a Friday, making sure the job was completed on-time and at the agreed upon price. What more could you ask for in a contractor? I recommend them whole heartedly."

"Job done right. Excellent job and customer service."

"We hire Nick to remove moss from our roof. He did a great job and charged more than a fair price. He was polite and a good communicator. I will hire him for work we have in the future."

"Steve is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Steve and his team did a complete remodel of my kitchen. They were easy to work with, finished ahead of schedule, and on budget. I would hire him again without hesitation. I highly recommend this company!"

"The workers showed up on time and stayed for eight hours, they made sure that they did what we wanted done, also had us check there work, you could not have asked for better honest people to work in your house, this company went above and beyond what we wanted done, this was 1st time ever using a contractor and would do again, if we have time and money for kitchen and bathrooms remodeled some day"
