"Through Angie's List, I was pleased to discover Comfort Pro's was having a three day special so I called and was able to get service within hours! The tech arrived on time - actually 15 minutes earlier which worked out great for me. He showed up in a clean company rig and presented himself well in his clean company uniform (yes, outward appearance is important to me; shows pride and commitment toward quality work). He asked questions regarding the usage of the units and from there I was able to communicate my concerns or rather my confession that my A/C had not been serviced in years! He did a great job of explaining how the units work and what to do to keep it running efficiently (regular scheduled maintenance, cover A/C unit in winter, etc.). By the time he completed the work, his uniform carried much of the furnance and a/c units dust and dirt:-) He was thorough and professional.
