Michael contacted me when he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He spent the day cleaning our vents which were full of dirt and dust from a remodel of our home. He did and excellent job spending extra time making sure they were cleaned, and within 3 days of his work we could see big results!. The company's main focus is on carpet and upholstery cleaning, but they also do re-installation. The estimate, which included quality padding, and cleaning after installation, was reasonable and we were impressed with Rob's professionalism. That's understandable in retrospect, as he has been with the company since 1991 and holds a “Master Textile Cleaner” Certification, according to the company's website. He arrived on time for the installation, completed the re-installation efficiently, and left the carpet looking cleaner than it ever had. We were very pleased.
