Description of Work: A couple of mixups with the office or it would have been an A but Justin was great and straightened it out. We got new laminate flooring done. Tammy did a personal delivery for an additional item required when we found a problem with our floor. Great service all around. And Lowe's contractor, Burget's was great.

 + -1 moreThe price estimates from Home Depot and Lowe's were about the same, but we had somewhat more confidence in the knowledge of Lowe's fence coordinator, Damion Stamps. Installation was done all in one day by subcontractor Dustin Orr, who did an outstanding, highly professional job. A lot of work was involved since, like most of South Hill, our soil was full of rocks, one of which weighed about 80 pounds (!), making digging of post holes a challenge. Also, the fence was installed nearly over an underground gas line, requiring very careful digging. We are highly pleased.
Description of Work: Installed 6-foot white plastic around half of patio, about 25-30 linear feet with two corner posts.

 + -1 moreThe salesman was very quick to respond and make an appointment . After seeing what I wanted, he promised to get a written bid to me within a few days. He never got back to me with a bid, even after I called him and asked if there was a delay. There was no contact at all after that phone call. If he wasn't able to bid or not interested in the work at least he could have let me know instead of leaving me hanging out to dry.
Description of Work: I contacted Lowe's on East Sprague to provide an estimate to either repair my house siding or re-side my home.
