"Nate allowed me to order my bathtub myself, which was nice. Lowe's failing to deliver when promised, was not. This delayed the start, and although it did take longer than I expected, everything came out great. They did not charge me extra after the water damage was exposed, which was a relief. One of the other estimates I got from a general contractor was for 3x as much, AND they planned to add on after the wall was opened. The bathroom specialists wanted 150% of what we paid, and I think we ended up with better results."

I am an Owner Operator with 39 continuous years in the construction field and 19 years in business as Vic Steiner Carpentry. Over these years as an employee of other construction companies and being self employed, I have mastered all of the trades that are involved in residential remodeling and perform all of the work myself. I will present a firm bid in a contract, including sales tax and payment schedule. Attached to the contract is a very detailed Work Specifications list that specifies every detail of the work I am bidding on. I am listed with Washington State as a certified Lead Paint Renovator and certified in Wedi tile substrate installation. Justin Shrum (the owner) and his crew went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. Justin noticed a couple of spots that needed touch up, which was done immediately. They cleaned up daily when they finished for the day. No mess for me to worry about! Justin left me a generous amount of paint for future touch ups should I need it. I felt the price was very reasonable. I plan on hiring them again when Iâ m ready for my next stage of remodeling."
