"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

On Monday morning the crew was at the house, tearing off the old roof. By the end of the day the new underlayment was down and the house was ready for new shingles. While the old roof was coming off, Tommy was sourcing all required materials to finish the job and making sure that they would be on site the next day. On Tuesday the crew showed up early in the day, hauled off the old roofing stuff and got busy expertly putting the new roof on. By the end of the day the job was finished and it was 100% perfect. In the course of this project Tommy's experience was apparent in every way. Due to his management and the crew's skill this job could not have gone any better. "

The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic.
