David replaced our cracking sidewalk and driveway. Working with the city re. permit and inspection process was part of it. He was very reliable, responsive and easy to work with. He started the project on time and completed in timeframe exactly as promised, despite the project expanding in scope slightly due to city arborist involvement. The finished driveway and sidewalk look great! I would definitely recommend Apex or use them again for additional concrete work.
