"After several years the tiles around our gas fireplace had become loose and the grout was crumbling. Five Tiles came to take a look the day after I called, and were able to safely remove the loose tiles and determine and repair the problem with the backing. Without the shower pan under your tile, water will seep through the grout and into the flooring.
