"Our house is substantially larger than what they based the promotion price on, so we had to get an estimate for the additional charges. Not a problem in concept, but it took a significant amount of time, and multiple phone calls to get the manager to swing by for the estimate. Once the estimate was provided and the team showed up to do the work, they did a decent job, and a reasonable job of cleaning up for themselves - EXCEPT: they missed one of their pressure-washing wands. I contacted them to let them know that they had left it, and said I would leave it outside by the hose-bib, where it would be easy to find. They acknowledged, saying someone would swing by soon. It's now 4 months later, and still sitting there. If they're that careless with their equipment, were they really that careful with my roof?"

He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). Overall I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need roof work."

They came in leveled and graded my drive hauled away some dirt and broken concrete set the forms and finished the site prep all in one day They returned a day later poured and finished my 73 foot long 15 foot wide driveway on one day. They returned a day later to clean up, remove forms and apply the sealer. Upon their departure they left behind nothing but a beautiful Roman slate textured driveway! In the end I could not be happier! My driveway looks great and literally sparkles as if it was natural slate! Just as Joseph promised! You won't be disappointed!"
