Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Not surprised they are closed... I used this company to move from Virginia to Wisconsin in July 2023. It cost more than triple the initial quote, they did not break down our storage shelves so we needed another truck, delays on delivery date multiple times so all our stuff could fit one truck (but 2 other deliveries were on our semi.. so), AND my belongings had weavel bugs in them. Stored our stuff for 4 months in NJ, and delivered by a teuck grom Florida. Also, both of my personal hand carts did not arrive with my stuff. Would not wish this company on anyone."

They've been cheating throughout the process and their behavior was so bad that they used abusive language / slangs / dirty words (please see my screenshots with few references - Please check the time of the messages as well though they mentioned it is 24/7 service earlier - not very late messages). I and my family badly suffered with our move from New Jersey to Washington booking this mover. You can text/call me on +1 (469) 235-9004 if you need any details on my terrible experience with this mover. A worst mover can deliver things in less than 37 calendar days and these people delivered things with lot of damages in 37 days after cheating on the bill, which showed that they are unfit for this business. If they reply to this review saying they delivered within the window in the contract they are once again proving that they are unfit for this business as the sales team made me several fake promises and this is one of them."

"I must be careful as not to be sued! Apparently, per Pac West, you cannot post your experience without "hurting their business". I have moved a lot in ten years and always sued uhaul.com. They always were reasonably priced and did a great job. For some reason, I decided to use Angi and Thumbtack to look for a mover. I chose Pac West. They spent quite a bit of time with us on the phone to provide (what I thought was) an appropriate quote. Bottom line, we, ourselves, spent 4 days moving 1/3 of everything that was on the quote and still paid the same as was quoted. They claim years of experience but don't even have their own trucks. I could've gone and rented my own Uhaul and just paid laborers. OR done what I've always done and used uhaul.com. MY PERSONAL experience was terrible. Just be careful."

"Received quote and paid $2429.90 deposit. 1 week before scheduled pickup, they called and re-assessed the number of items in the house and bumped up the estimate by $4149. I cancelled the service because I had donated 25% of my house to charity and there were less items to move. However, they did not return my deposit of $2429.90 because they said that I did not cancel in time. They have pulled the bait and switch routine on others (B&B complaints). I would not advise anyone to use them for your moving services !!"
