Our experience with Tavnith HD was definitely a positive experience. Travis is very personable, open to suggestions, and easy to work with. We sat down in his office once, and from then on we were able to change details via zoom. Travis's wife, Heidi, was also very helpful in making suggestions, and provided an experienced voice in designing our home. I would highly recommend Tavnith HD for design and drawing.

Travis and his team drew our house plans for us. Did an amazing job! Plans were thorough and reasonably priced.

Great! Travis was very honest in all ways. He worked with me to design the hobbit inspired home I always dreamed of. He is flexible and so easy to work with. He has the bonus of his wife Heidi who is great with designing the interior. We ran into unexpected rock removal that put us way over budget. He was flexible and figured out where we could trim costs to work within the budget. It was wonderful that he knew someone who could mill up logs from the trees I had to remove to build. Although Washington state laws, made it nearly impossible to use these for structure, I was able to use them for all the trim on the outside. We will use for shelving inside. Project will be done by the end of March.

Their work was excellent, on schedule as planned, I would highly recommend them and will use them on another project. They were honest, hardworking contractors, which is very hard to find, and Travis, truly is one of a kind.

Wonderful! Our vision was heard from the very beginning and every modification that we made to the custom plans were executed promptly and correctly. We are looking forward to working with them again very soon in the building of our dream home.

Travis designed our new house for us. We had some basic ideas of things we wanted and he put it all together for us with other cool ideas and special touches. I can’t say enough good things about Tavnith HD. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to design a house or addition.

If you are looking for honest, good quality work Travis is your guy! I highly recommend Tavnith HD and will be using them again if we build another home in the future. Travis is everything you could want in a general contractor; honest, communicative, timely, fairly priced, organized, responsive, the list goes on! After being misled by our original contractor, Travis stepped in as our general contractor in September 2019 and our house was completed January 2020. You hear nightmares about people building homes and our experience with Travis was more like a dream; our project came in on time and on budget!
