I have been in buisness for about 8+years and none of my clients have ever been disappointed in the work my team and I have done for them. We take pride in the work we do and we are always up for a challenge. We specialize in heavy move out cleans, office cleaning, commercial building cleaning, janitorial services and much more.

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

"They did a great job. I had some dusting issues and stuff but they just totally cleaned my downstairs. They cleaned, dusted, polished, did my windows, scrubbed floors and did a really good job. They are very thorough and prompt."

"I wanted to give kudos to Adrian and his team. I had a guest break a corner soap, which needed to be replaced. The handyman that normally does stuff in my house wasn't comfortable doing the removal himself and wanted to call in a pro. I called a number of tile specialists and either got that they were too busy for a small job (this market is CRAZY) or very high prices. Adrian came back with a reasonable price and was able to get someone out the next week. They were totally professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again."

"My husband and I are extremely happy with the finished product. Todd and his crew cleaned up every day. They were perfectionists in their installation taking the time that was necessary to do the job correctly. They were so quiet that there were times you did not even know they were in the house. The price was exactly the same as the bid. Todd is a talented craftsman who cares about the final product and respects the needs and wishes of the people who engage his services. We would strongly encourage others to use his services."

"Palm Construction recently re-roofed my house and did quick and high quality job at very competitive price. They also cleaned working are and it was a true pleasure to work with them. Special thanks to Lee, project manager. He was professional, honest and helpful."

"My experience with them has been very nice. It's a very big job. I thought the price was very fair. He was very nice. I don't have any complaints. Other people have told me to get more estimates because it's such a big job. There was no charge for the estimate. I knew he was swamped and he came out towards the end of the day. I knew they were busy. He was scrambling and trying to accommodate while he was here. He was all here, and he listened. He was very thorough. I am leaning towards using them."

"Very happy with my refinished patio.. Iâ m wondering how it will wear but asked questions along the way and know there is a fix for it when it needs an update"
