But things that needed attention after the walk thru were not addressed excuses were made why they could not return to fix things like Cabniet drawers not shutting properly and not meeting in middle and base trim looks Ike a mess. Owner did not want to come back out be careful if your all ready in contract with them to be sure project is complete before paying because you will not get them to come back."

Both craftsmanship and expertise were exemplary, pricing competitively fair and reasonable, communication excellent regarding scheduling and needs for minor modifications, and working with this highly professional team could not have been a more positive or pleasant experience. Removal of old materials and cleanup was spotlessly performed. Did I mention they also replaced all carpeting on my lower level with the same exceptional professional skills? All of the installation was spectacular. There were some glitches over the course of the project that were not helped by my need to get this done while I was 2200 miles away. But whenever I communicated questions or concerns, they were immediately and appropriately addressed. We will be using them again for kitchen remodeling."

We have been building all phases of construction for over 35 years here in the Spokane area. Building several of our own homes from the ground out. About 15 years ago my wife and I decided to start our own construction company and have been doing all variety of projects, from new builds to remodel. We are happy to do small projects.
