"This is an extremely professional and knowledgeable company. The owners led us thru the process by coming to our home and assessing our needs and goals. This included removing carpeting (500+ square foot family room), disposing of all these materials, preparing the floor and installation. They were very easy to work with and accommodated our timeline perfectly. The installation work crew was also proficient and cleaned up everything as they went along. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a professional flooring contractor. They also personally did a followup visit at the completion of our project. "I was looking for a carpet cleaner, and was uncertain about using this type of service, ie Home Advisor. I entered my information and Mr. Gentry called promptly! I had a hand woven rug from India that a visiting cat used for a litter box several times. David Gentry picked the rug up from my home, cleaned, showing me pictures of dark yellow liquid flowing away from my rug! It smells brand new, and looks marvelous."
