46 We woke to some minor flooding in our basement. We called Shaw Plumbing and they had a full schedule, but they made time to come over and snake our drain and do other spot checks on our plumbing. The plumber was extremely professional and courteous. Very quick also!
Aaron has done some snaking of drains for me on one occasion, and that went fairly well, but it was a quick job. He was nice, but a bit on the overly talkative side.
